Debriefing

Debriefing helps increase resilience, allowing people to flourish where they live and serve. Whether as part of regular self-care or following a traumatic event or crisis, it offers space to reflect on the past and move forward with greater freedom and clarity.

If one is feeling stuck after a major change, burnout or unresolved disappointment, a guided debrief may help. I, Miranda, am certified with Le Rucher Ministries and offer debriefing for individuals, couples and groups, incorporating spiritual direction and guided art-making.

Personal & team debriefing

Personal Debrief

A personal debrief creates time and space to process life experiences and their impact on one’s relationships with God, self, family and others while moving toward reconciliation. It focuses on the individual’s journey, exploring events, reactions and how those things have shaped the person’s life. The recommended donation for a 5 day personal debrief in person at Place of Springs is £450 or £800 for a couple. Online debriefing may be arranged on request and the recommended donation is £325 or £600 for a couple.

Team Debrief

A team debrief is conducted with a team that has worked together for a particular purpose, for a certain time and at a certain place. This debrief can be personal - focusing on each member’s reactions to events - or organisational - focusing on strategic insights from those events that serve the wider mission. The recommended donation for a team debrief is £120 per day.
