We are looking for an enthusiastic person to support the work we do by offering admin assistance for 5-7 hours per week. You will be joining a network of people who are passionate about helping people grow in their relationship with God, and in their capacity to accompany others on their own faith journeys.

Everyone connected to our ministry works as a volunteer and is responsible for raising his or her own salary. The position of admin assistant is also voluntary. 

Perhaps you want a taste of cross-cultural ministry but you're not ready to move overseas yourself? This may suit you if you are looking for a way to make a difference in a multi-cultural context and would like to participate from your own location. If you are a student or working part-time, and want to offer your time in a meaningful way, then this could be a good fit for you. Or it could be that you are already a volunteer with Youth With A Mission and looking for a way to connect into the ministry of the Centre for Christian Formation.

Whatever your situation, you would be part of a highly relational working context. We place a high value on working as a team - albeit virtually at this point in time - and it is our desire that our team culture prioritises personal formation in the context of community (that is, we seek to live out what we teach).

You would be required to schedule meetings or events with people in different times zones. You would participate in establishing a social media presence on major platforms, as well as using MailChimp, Canva and other apps. You would support the work of setting up online training, helping with formatting communication pieces for the registration process and email follow up.
